1. Eligibility
1.1 — Age Requirement

1.3 — Single Account Rule
Each individual may register only one account on joy88. Creating duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, joy88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any associated balances.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 — Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth that correctly reflects your age. joy88 may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.2 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or OTP codes with any third party, including anyone claiming to be a joy88 employee. joy88 staff will never request your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately via [email protected].
2.3 — Account Closure
joy88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, underage play, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, associated balances may be withheld pending investigation. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on joy88 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joy88 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.
3.1 — Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt. joy88 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
3.2 — Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet number or bank account registered to your joy88 account. joy88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
3.3 — Anti-Money Laundering
joy88 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. joy88 may require users to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. This process may require submission of government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
joy88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including any applicable wagering requirements (rollover conditions). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.
4.1 — Wagering Requirements

5.1 — Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited: using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets; using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments; attempting to reverse transactions through chargebacks after winnings have been credited; impersonating another person or providing false identity information.
5.2 — Account Integrity
Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. joy88 may request identity verification at any time to ensure that the account is being used by the registered individual. Failure to pass identity verification may result in account suspension until the verification is satisfactorily completed.
Important: Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided. joy88 reserves the right to close accounts and recover funds in cases of fraud, manipulation or Terms violations, without prior notice.
